Because Elium was founded by a group of friends many moons ago, it directly impacts the atmosphere of the team. There's genuine care and respect for one another. We work closely together, collaboration being not only what we deliver as a service to customers but truly being how we function on a daily basis.
Each and everyone of us has a role to play to make Elium a success. We're agile, customer-oriented and always looking to improve ourselves, as an organisation and as a product-service provider.
Our latest team building activities included cooking classes with flowers, an axe-throwing contest, a build-your-own-terrarium workshop with a dedicated kit sent to our home, e-aperos, escape games... just to give you a glimpse of what it's like working here.
