Push, don't wait

Bring updates to people. Not the other way around.

When something important changes, such as a new policy or an updated procedure, the people who depend on it are notified. Critical updates stop depending on someone happening to search at the right time.

Personal digests

A regular summary of what changed. Tuned to each role.

Scheduled digests round up what's new and updated in the spaces each person follows, so teams stay informed without drowning in noise or living in the app.

Never miss the moment

Alerts on the things that matter. Expiries, approvals, requests.

Owners get nudged on expiring content, pending approvals and new content requests, the operational signals that keep knowledge accurate and moving.

FAQ

Common questions about digests & alerts

Yes. Elium sends updates through emails and notifications (a periodic activity digest, personal and shared alerts, and space notifications), so the right content reaches people. Admins can also send urgent notifications that surface a critical article and ask recipients to mark it as read.
The digest is a single, periodic round-up tuned to each person (new articles from the spaces they belong to and the profiles they follow, organised by space), delivered at a frequency they choose. It’s a summary, not a flood of one-off emails.
Yes. Any user can turn a saved search (with criteria like tags, owners, templates and dates) into a personal alert by email or RSS. The RSS feeds pipe into tools like Feedly, and alerts can also arrive via mobile push or the in-app notification centre.
Yes. Coordinators and admins can turn a saved search into a shared alert and subscribe chosen users or teams, while urgent notifications are reserved for platform admins. Digests only ever show content from spaces a person can access, so permissions are always respected.
No. It’s self-service. Each person manages their own notifications and frequencies, choosing email, mobile push or in-app per type. Admins enable the digest broadly; day-to-day tuning stays with each user.
